Need a different size, design, or want to upgrade an item? Be sure to keep the item in pristine (unworn) condition. We do not pay for the shipping back to our facility, but we won't charge you for any additional shipping and everything else it takes to get your new items back to you. Please contact us to request an exchange.
How long does a refund take?
Upon receipt of a returned item, we will ensure processing within two working days. We will then debit the payment card, or the PayPal account if this was used. This typically takes three working days with most payment providers & institutions.
I received a damaged or incorrect item, what can I do?
If you received a damaged/defective item and would like to exchange it, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you and pay for all shipping fees.
