How long will my items take to arrive?

Each item is custom made, treated, hand washed, machine washed, pressed and packed by me. I then ship all items via tracked shipping, with delivery times generally being around 7-10 days from order. The time may be a little longer or quicker depending on stock and how busy I am. Most are generally around a week. Please note that over the busy Christmas and Summer periods items may take a little longer, but I work twice as hard to get things out asap 😊 Please remember that each set is custom made and created by hand, and I truly appreciate your patience when waiting for your order!

All UK orders are shipped with Hermes, with tracked shipping free of charge on all orders over £10.

You will be updated with dispatch and tracking via email and SMS; and please feel free to contact us on Instagram or here with any questions about your order or the delivery. 

Please note we do rely on reputable carriers to deliver shipments and some shipments may be impacted by transit delays. Either way, we will always do whatever it takes to get your order delivered. 


Express Delivery
If you choose Express Delivery at checkout your order will be prioritised and made up as quickly as possible and will then be sent with the fastest shipping available (rather than the Standard 2-3 day delivery time).

Please note, this does not mean your item will be with you the next day from when you order (as it still takes 2/3 days to make up orders) but will prioritised where possible and sent with faster shipping.

I need it by a certain date. Is this possible?

Message us before you order if you need a quicker turnaround or by a certain date and we’ll see what we can do 😊 We also offer faster shipping option (which speeds up the delivery side of the process if needed for £5 where we send with Hermes Next Day Delivery)


Customs Fees

We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with Free Express shipping.

Late or lost orders

When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address and a safe place if required as we take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.

Any issues with items not received but that are marked as delivered (with photo proof) will require a DOR (Denial of Receipt) completing in order for us to process your claim.
